You may choose to provide your name, email address, telephone number, property information, and a message when contacting Concept Appraisal Services. Contact-form submissions are transmitted to Connie through FormSubmit, a third-party form-delivery service. FormSubmit states that submitted form data may be retained in its submissions archive for 30 days.

How information is used

Information you send is used to respond to your inquiry, understand the property decision or appraisal need, evaluate whether an assignment is appropriate, and provide requested professional services. Information is not sold or used for unrelated advertising.

Sensitive information

Please avoid including highly sensitive legal, financial, medical, identification, or confidential case information in an initial website inquiry. After the assignment is understood, Connie can explain an appropriate method for sharing relevant records.

Email and record retention

Contact-form messages are transmitted through FormSubmit before delivery to the recipient email account.

Email is transmitted through your email provider and the recipient’s email provider. Messages and assignment records may be retained as reasonably necessary for communication, professional obligations, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and applicable legal requirements.

Analytics, cookies, and external services

FormSubmit, email, and Google review services are governed by those providers' own privacy practices.

This website does not currently use advertising pixels or nonessential analytics. The hosting platform may use essential security and operational technologies. Links to email and Google review services are governed by those providers’ own privacy practices.
